« For a small campsite the site itself, facilities and swimmingpool where good, on a level expected on a small site, especially for a short stay. Our cottage had its defects, problems with hot water and broken windowshandles in the bedrooms, which couldnt be opened. »

« I wanted ro speak to the senior manager before we left but it was not possible. We enjoyed our stay at your camp. Your facilities were very good. The camp had a good layout. The staff were very friendly. I have some constructive criticism that may help you. We were offered pitch 18 which we turned down. There was no way we would stop there. It was very uneven, it had a concrete slab, a high area of stone and a tree stump on it. That was unacceptable. We were then given V20 which was good, but on the day we left there were very bad drain smells which made my partner feel ill. If this had been the case on the 1st day we would not ha e been able to stay. There were two other pitches available but the staff said they were too small. Other than that, you have a great campsite. Best regards, Martin »

« Our stay was meant to be 8 nights but we left after 1 night. This was due to no air conditioning and the very high temperature. We just couldn’t survive in that heat without AC »

« Disappointed,mobil home was old and tired.It was very hot so was looking forward to using the swimming pool, used first day but would not go back in again because it was very dirty.A green slime line all the way round the water line which you could rub off with you fingers so clearly hadn't been cleaned. »

« Great campsite, lovely pool, showers and toilets good. We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant were ‘out of bounds’ on Friday and Saturday due to a group taking it over. Also disappointed there was no bread service on Monday and Tuesday, especially as we weren’t told that on booking in, other than that, a great stay. »

« Level of cleanliness in premium cabin not up to standard. Campsite itself needs to be tidied up as it looks tired. Restaurant not open. Would not recommend or return. Staff at reception were courteous and friendly. Wallbox EV charger on site. »

« We greatly appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality of the team. They spoke good English, and made every effort to accommodate our needs. This included helping us to book a visit Puy du Fou. We enjoyed the facilities and our stay so much we decided to extend our stay. The team here are fantastic and deserve recognition for their commitment to making sure guests have a great holiday. We are looking forward to returning next year and based on our experience we plan to visit other Yelloh! Campsites too. This team have set the standards very high. Thank you! »

« Nice small park with very kind and helpfull persons: when the problems we had could not be solved, they offered us to move into another motorhome. »

« We stayed at the end of the season but the staff were still professional, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were all of the usual high standard. My only reservation is concerning the comfort of our chalet in hot weather, due to the mosquitoes and lack of ventilation the chalets desperately need either air-con or fly screens and preferably both. The chalets are also very close together. »

« Site okay, pitch was rather worn and opposite the children’s trampoline which was noisy all day and half the night!! Fresh water on the pitch but no drainage which I was led to believe was supplied. Water pressure for shower very low »

« The site fees are expensive and we expected a top quality site. Unfortunately, the site was poorly maintained and not satisfactory. We only stayed one night of the two nights we had booked. Our pitch was enclosed and difficult to access; the ground was poorly maintained, we looked out on badly trimmed hedges and an unkept driveway. The whole place needed a good tidy up. The showers were rudimentary, stall-type showers where we only got 4 seconds of hot water each time we pushed the shower button. The bar/restaurant was closed - but no reduction in the site fee. »
